You can find an extraordinary malt whisky production using direct fire of coal (very rare in the world) at Yoichi Distillery, which TAKETSURU Masataka, Father of the Japanese Whisky, founded after hunting for the ideal location for Whisky production. Yoichi is obstinately inheriting the tradition, while new arrangements and experiments have been done there recently, spoken by Mr. Hisamitsu, Chief Blender of Nikka. During the course, attendants have an opportunity to taste an exceptional Yoichi Single Cask specially bottled for this Whisky Live under the authorization on SMWS.
